Facilities include: currency exchange, duty-free shops, bars, and restaurants. Buses operate from the Airport to the municipality part-way every 10 to 20 minutes with a travel time of 20 to 30 minutes. Taxis are readily available. You may moreover use Airport Transfer services provided by most hotels.   Rail Tashkent is a main connecting point for all rail services in Central Asia. Routes lead west to Ashgabat, in Turkmenistan; south to Samarkand and on to Dushanbe, in Tajikistan; east to Bishkek, in Kyrgyzstan, and Almaty, in Kazakhstan; and north to Moscow. In the east of the country, there is a spur line to the Ferghana Valley, which leads to Osh, in Kyrgyzstan. In Almaty, it is possible to connect to China.   Domestic Transport   Air If you plan to travel outside Tashkent on merchantry or leisure tours, there are a number of options to pursue. Uzbekistan Airways (HY) flies to all major towns and cities in Uzbekistan on a regular basis. Destinations include Tashkent, Samarkand, Navoi, Nukus, Karshi, Termez, Andijan and Namangan. Tickets can be bought at the Uzbekistan Airways (HY) ticket organ or at the domestic throw-away terminal of the airport (located in a separate towers from the international terminal).   Train There is a network of railways connecting Bukhara, Samarkand, Termez, Fergana Valley and Nukus. There are two railway stations in Tashkent - North and South. Uzbekistan Railways provides a reliable way to travel. You can buy the tickets at the railway station. "Registon" and "Sharq": The "Registon" brings you from Tashkent in 3h30min to Samarkand, and the "Sharq" makes a 600-km-journey Tashkent - Bukhara (with intermediate stop in Samarkand) in well-nigh 6.5 hours. A daily overnight train from Tashkent to Bukhara offers the possibility to travel during the night and win one day. Comfortable sleeping cars indulge a good sleep. Although cars can be hired, it is most worldwide to rent a car with a driver.   Taxi Taxis and cars for rent are readily misogynist in all cities and major towns.
